Acne as you may no is quite common or maybe you did not know it was that common, this skin disorder usually starts around puberty and for me this was a total nightmare
Now I am glad to say that without too much trouble after changing my diet  and drinking lots of water it went away with just the  odd pimple  popping up now and again but something I could live with.

By the time I reached nineteen it had gone completely and I never really gave it too much thought after that to be honest.

So any way the years rolled by I got married and had my children and life was okay I guess then I hit the menopause and bang my acne was back only this time it was much worse. I was devastated.  I really battled with it.

I tried different treatments I felt so unattractive and unhappy and it really did affect my self esteem. Its bad enough going through the menopause,  having this as well  was just awful. I  just felt I could not cope.  I hope some people can relate to this.

For me this has been just  a awful experience in my life and I just wanted it to all go away. I decided  to start this blog so I could share my experiences and also let others know what worked  and what did not work. So this blog  is all about acne, pimples, blackheads . I’m just  trying to help other people with the same condition I had.

Below I have listed the particular products I personally used and what their actual side effect were.

I would just like to say I,m so glad that you have found my blog. I know its hard to find honest good quality information and you don’t know who to trust . I myself  had this trouble when i was looking for something to help me with this condition.

Now I am only giving you my opinion and how the treatments below affected my skin it may not be like that for other people but it’s how it effected my skin personally. So I cant be held responsible as to how they effect you. Like with any product etc this blog is for information purposes on what worked on me personally and with anything if your in doubt you should seek advice from a medical professional.

So  How do You overcome Face and Body Acne
Well these are the treatments I have personally used and I want to tell you about the pros and cons of each. Hopefully this will give you a better idea for what might work for you also.

SkinB5 :   Not as big a company as proactive I think ,however their product did actually help to reduce the oil in my skin. For the first six weeks I thought I had actually found the right product for clearing up my acne, however getting into my 4th month , I found my pimples were spreading over to my body and neck instead
although not on my face. Weird!  Anyways The treatment arrived quite quickly and it was not too expensive . It contained Benzoyl Peroxide which does not seem to agree with my skin type which is sensitive.
In my opinion it was a complete waste of money. So I decided to try

You have it the well  known proactiv I fell for the  popular commercial by Jessica Simpson . I looked at her skin and thought wow , I need to give this one a try. I was pretty darn desperate by this time.
It arrived super fast only three days so that impressed me. So more about the treatment, well the first thing I noticed when I opened it up was it had the strongest most unappealing smell I had ever come across eww!! It was disgusting, but I thought hey if it works it will be worth it.
Again the main ingredient in this was Benzoyl Peroxide. It did make my facial skin cleaner, other than that it did not do anything to clear up my spots at all, Is it worth the money well for me anyway I would have to say a big no, a complete waste of money this just did nothing for me. Sorry to any one reading this that does not agree.

but that’s how it was for my skin anyway!!Next I tried Acnezine To my amazement this actually worked for me. Now I will tell you that at first I had a little bit of a side effect with this it was very mild though I experienced light dizziness and the odd headache . I found out that this is perfectly normal when the body is letting go of all the nasty harmful toxins that have built up inside the body, of course this is what causes the skin impurities in the first place.
What Acnezine does is it fights moderate to severe acne it has a low adverse effect which makes it pretty popular for people using it. It is a perfectly natural cure and it gives a healthier skin tone and evens out the skin texture with each application. Apart from the fact this works so well it helps fight the blemishes, boils, pimples and removes the blackheads, whiteheads from reappearing due to the antioxidants found in the ingredients.
